How long does it take for activation?

Based on the number of registrations, the activation process might extend from 7 to 15 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the cover letter is rewritten and activation is finalized. Subsequently, all the applications you submit will be distributed randomly to companies within the industries and locations of your choice. Most applications will not be opened the same day, and a response can be expected as soon as the employer opens and contacts you.

What is the validity of the plan?

Upon sending the specified number of applications, the validity of a one-time plan expires.

How much does it cost?

We offer three plans for sending your CV to 1000 to 2000 HR personnel at companies. To view the plans, please register and click the submit button at the bottom of the account page.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made online using a Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency). If you don't have a bank card to pay online, Please reach out to us at hello@bathool.com so that we can be of further assistance.

Do you guarantee the response?

No. Companies may contact you once you have been shortlisted, so we cannot guarantee that they will respond or that they will contact you for any particular position.

How do I know if my plan has been activated?

To check the status of your plan, visit the plan page, and upon activation, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Do you edit cover letter and CV?

At the moment, we only rewrite the cover letter. If you wish to write your CV, you may choose a CV writing service.

What are the industries you serve?

We help recruitment to almost all the industries.

Can I avoid sending my CV to my previous employers?

The companies can be skipped if you mention the names in your account page.

Should I upload my Photo?

Photo is not required, but a CV is. You may also upload your credentials if you wish.

How do I see my uploaded CV?

The current version of the website does not allow you to view your CV. When you upload a pdf CV or a word CV, the icon will change from black to either red or blue. If you think the CV uploaded is incorrect, you may upload another CV by clicking the CV icon.

How do I know the companies you have applied?

Currently, we do not disclose any details of the companies we apply on behalf of you. You may check the status of your plan changed from Paid to Finished at the plans page. Accordingly, you will start getting auto reply emails from companies, and calls if they shortlist you.

How can I renew the previously purchased plan?

Send an email to hello@bathool.com from the email address associated with your account. We will then guide you further via email confirmation.
